Tuesday Art Ages 8-12, September 9th 2025 1 class

Ignite your child's creativity every Tuesday with our fun and engaging art class for elementary ages 8-12! In this two-hour workshop, young artists will explore a new project each week, providing a consistent space for students to develop foundational skills, experiment with different Techniques, and create unique works of art. Our goal is to encourage self-expression and help every child find joy in the creative process, all while learning alongside new friends.

Class time: 9am-11am September 9th.

Classes are $40.00 per child which includes a lab fee of $7.00. The lab fee includes all supplies needed for the class.

I'm excited to announce that our classes will be held in the Lakeland Arts Association Suite at the Depot Arts District for the month of September and part of October. After that, we will move into our permanent home in the new children's classroom, located alongside the Galleries, Local Artists, and Creatives. Both the suite and the classroom are in a secure location, and you are welcome to stay and watch to ensure your young artist feels comfortable and is ready to create their best work.

Students will have a chance to enter art into the End of Season Children's Show in the Gallery at the Depot Arts District, and attend the Gala opening!

For Students Aged 8-12 Years

Class Location: The Art Depot
Class Schedule: Monday or Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Class Duration: 2 hours per week

1. Class Description

This art class is designed for children aged 8-12 years. Students will engage in various creative projects, exploring different mediums and techniques each month. The goal is to inspire creativity, develop artistic skills, and provide a fun, supportive learning environment.

2. Duration and Payment Terms

• The class meets once a week for 2 hours.
• The Daily tuition fee is $40.00 per student.
• A lab fee will be charged each month based on materials and supplies used for the class.

3. Lab Fees

• The lab fee is subject to change depending on the projects and materials required for that month's activities.
• The lab fee will be added to the $40.00 tuition fee and must be paid the Friday before classes.
• Parents/Guardians will be informed of any lab fee changes in advance.

4. Payment Details

• Tuition and lab fees are due on  with class registration.
• Payments can be made via website: https://completelycreativebycoley.com/. Or in person via credit card or smartpay.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If a student needs to withdraw from the class, the parent/guardian must provide written notice at least 3 days before the class.
• Tuition is non-refundable after the Saturday Prior to the class.
• In the case of unexpected class cancellations by the instructor (e.g., illness or emergency), a make-up class will be scheduled.

6. Student Expectations

• Students are expected to arrive on time for each class and remain for the full duration of the session.
• Students must respect the classroom space and follow safety guidelines regarding the use of art materials.

7. Behavior Expectations

• Students must behave in a respectful and considerate manner toward the instructor and other students.
• If disruptive behavior occurs, the student will receive a warning. If the behavior continues, the instructor reserves the right to ask the student to leave the class. Without a refund.

8. Liability Waiver

• By signing this contract, the parent/guardian agrees to hold the instructor harmless for any accidents or injuries that occur during class time.
• The instructor will make every effort to ensure a safe and controlled environment.

9. Photography and Media Consent

• By signing this contract, the parent/guardian consents to the use of photographs or videos of the student’s artwork and activities for promotional purposes, including social media and websites, unless otherwise stated. Photos of the student will not be used for promotional purposes without the permission of the adult.

10. Miscellaneous

• The instructor reserves the right to modify the class schedule, curriculum, and pricing with prior notice.
• Any other terms not covered here will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
